My Name Is Khan (Hindi: मेरा नाम है खान Urdu: مين پوتي خايخ حون) is an upcoming 2010 Bollywood film based upon a true story.[3] It is directed by Karan Johar, co-produced by Johar (Dharma Productions) and Shahrukh Khan (Red Chillies Entertainment), and will be distributed by FOX Star Entertainment. [4] Cinematography is by Ravi K. Chandran [5] with a screenplay by Shibani Bathija. The film stars Khan, Kajol, Jimmy Shergill, Tanay Chheda, Zarina Wahab, and Sonya Jehan. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy composed the film's score and Niranjan Iyengar wrote the lyrics.[6] The film is slated for global release to theaters on 12 February 2010.[2]
