SRK to miss his Don sequel?

Shah Rukh Khan’s date-book is so packed that he is scrambling for dates to shoot for Farhan Akhtar’s sequel to Don, the shooting of which was supposed to start in January next year. The film, as of now, has been delayed.
Shah Rukh, who is currently on vacation in London, has a packed schedule when he returns to India. He will start shooting for Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi as soon as he lands in Mumbai and then he will be busy with Priyadarshan’s Billoo Barber.
After the above two films are over, Karan Johar has booked Shah Rukh’s dates for My Name is Khan and then he will be busy with his own production Happy New Year which is to be directed by Farah Khan.
He will also be busy promoting his other venture that is an animation film titled Ravan. Insiders close to the project reveal that Shah Rukh really wants to do the film but to date, he has not found dates for Farhan. Farhan, on the other hand, really wants to have him in the sequel and so he is directing Voice from the Sky first and will then move over to the sequel.
Sources add that if the there is a major schedule crunch, then Shah Rukh will opt out of Don 2.
When contacted, Farhan was defensive while talking about the fate of Don 2. “Things are looking good for Don 2 and we hope to start in the beginning of 2009,” he says.
But the interesting bit came when we asked him whether Shah Rukh and Priyanka are a part of the sequel. “We plan to have some of the cast from Don in the sequel,” he adds.
We pressed him harder on the issue and he tells us, “I’m beginning with Voice from the Sky first. It is too premature to talk about all this now.”

Don will have a Plastic Surgery and He will be Hrithik Roshan. He will come to Malaysia again and have Romance with Priyanka Chopra. Later on Arjun Rampal will come to know the Identity of Don. Arjun Rampal will try to contact Police and Don will kill him. Then it will be to be continued.
Hrithik Roshan will get Best Actor Award and Arjun Rampal Best Supporting Actor Award.
As for the Film it will be Flop.

But I wish SHAH RUKH KHAN can make time to do this sequel, actually poeple were really keen to watch the sequel of the film, but its Farha Akhtar who took so long to go for it. Well, lets see what happens, and if Hrithik does it, then it will be like KRISH 3 or 4, people will still miss DON.

anyways ,hrithik wont do it coz he knows farhan is not that good at making don kind of films(it was sheer star power of srk that don managed to earn some profits,even though movie was bad),he is busy with krrish sequel and kites.

Amitabh Bachchan won an filmfare award fo DON, which SRK failed as an actor. So the result was out long time back. Now SRK is feeling the heat of AB and doesn’t want bashing again. So he’s giving excuses. G$#D fati to SRK bola hajmola hajmola….hahahhaha

By the way The old DOn and New DOn were acting oriented.It were both style oriented.
DON (SRK)collected 50 Cr in India nand 32 cr abroad shows that it made money in a big way.

I was honestly unaware of the Filmfare Award By amitabh for DON.If he has won for DON,Good for him.
But ,its now unbearable for me to tolerate you guys DOG remarks for SRK.
I dont call names as far as Amitabh is concerned.Secondly i have alreday stated that i liked the Amitabh of that era.
Only i have problem with the Amitabh of 2000 till date.
Dont think that i am a Amitabh baiter.I like him as much you guys do or may be more than that.But i am grossly dissapointed by his on screen and off screen acts over last 5 years.

I am waiting for DON 2 with curiosity.Because this time there wont be any comparison as ther would be a totally new script for this.

I am not one of them who belives AMITabh was not a star or a great actor.In fact i always belive that he is the undisputed king of 70;s and 80’s.He definitely would have made the hrad work to attain that status.But at the same time its also true that SRK is at this momnet undisputed king.
I am ready to give anybody due when he desreves it.
But certainly todays Amitabh is a pale shadow of himself as far as his star value and more importantly his acting capabilities are concerned.
But you guys still try to make him relevent which he is not now.In this connection you try to bring SRK down who certainly rules the BO as well as the hearts of millions.
If you are a true BIG B fan you should leran to respect the achievers (SRK is definitely an achiever)
Afterall BIG B wont become any greater if you always run SRK down and call him a DOG.
You guys are only making a mockery of BIG B s legacy.

I think the concept of KINGS are not restricted to one actor these days….unlike it was in Amitabh’s time. In his time, no one came near him, he was the numero uno…in terms of remunaration, in terms of BO collections, in terms stage shows etc. But today, if u have SRK, then u have Akshay and Hrithik and Ammir fetching more remunration than him, even Salman got a whopping 89 crores for 10 ka dum..more than what SRK got for Panchwi Paas. So all are kings in one or the other way. Similarly, aamir’ remuneration is more than SRK’s. No one pays u if u don;t perform and it’s not just for one or 2 occasions. Its consistent. Plus in Amitabh’s time, he had as much as 6 releases in a year and all of them hitting the bull’s , eye….where as today, SRK does 1 or 2 films a year and that too with known banners like YRF etc and do not have the charisma to give 6 hits in a year. Infact he has not given those many films in his career in a year. So here lies the big difference and that’s why BIG B is aptly named the EMPEROR…and everyone knows EMPEROR is bigger than the KING….

True Amitabh wasa emprorer.But why do you have to run SRK down to prove Amitabh was an emporer.
From 1975 to 1978 Manoj Kumar gave more Blockbusters than Amitabh gave in his entire life.Manoj Kumar gave 4 Block busters namely RKM,Sannyasi,Dus Numbri and Kranti.
During the period of 1975 to 1980 Dharmendra gave as many hits as Amitabh if not more.Vinod Khanna was given more remunaration for HeraPheri than Amitabh.(VK-2.5 Lacs Amitabh-1.5 lacs)
So all this talkj about Amitabh been one man industry is crap.True he was a bige star then but not the undisputed king.

First of all Shah Rukh Khan in 1 year had maximum 7 Releases in 1995. After that He had 2, 3 0r 4 Releases in a year, out of which mostly 2 did well.
Darr (Super Hit) Yash Chopra as Producer and Director had Flop Vijay and Lamhe and as Director Flop Parampara. At that time Yash Chopra was going through Bad Patch, Darr took them out from that Bad Patch. Shah Rukh Khan was already established with Super Hit Baazigar, so the nonsense that with Darr he became Super Star is Wrong.
And for your knowledge Dharma Productions was also not a Big name before Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. After Kuch Kuch Hota Hai they were considered Top Banner. And most of it’s credit for Banner Success goes to Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan.
Red Chillies is Shah Rukh Khan own Banner and under that as actor He has given All Time Blockbuster Om Shanti Om and Super Hit Main Hoon Naa. While only as Producer Hit Kaal. While his other banner Dreamz Unlimited he also has given success Chalte Chalte.
As for Directors He has been very lucky for Debut Directors.
