What’s happening to the little girl Hansika?

Ok, so she may not have been able to break into a league where she could be paired opposite young guys like Shahid Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh or Harman Baweja. But one is surprised to see her fascination for the older men, as is apparent from her choice of heroes ever since she began her career as a leading lady in Bollywood.

Picture this. This 1991 born child artist was barely 16 when she debuted with AAP KAA SURROOR - THE MOVIEE last year. Her costar in the film was Himesh Reshammiya who is double her age as he is in his early 30s.

Well, this isn’t all as she takes another huge jump in her second Hindi film as a leading lady. In her upcoming MONEY HAI TO HONEY HAI, she is paired opposite none other than Govinda. This makes the 44 year old actor being close to triple the age of young Hansika.

From double to triple - now that’s quite a jump for Hansika. On a lighter note, if only a film maker was thinking of remaking NISHABD with Big B, Hansika may just be the right candidate to play the leading lady as she may well graduate to acting opposite someone who is 4 times her age!

Incidentally Hansika was supposed to make her Bollywood debut with HE: THE ONLY ONE where she was paired opposite Mimoh Chakraborty who thankfully belongs to her age group. However, the film was shelved after a few portions were shot and Hansika had to begin her career with Himesh Reshammiya.

Thankfully it hasn’t been a similar case for her down South since there she has acted opposite younger actors like Allu Arjun and Jr. NTR. However, there too she has enjoyed her quota of slightly elder men in the form of Puneet Rajkumar and Pawan Kalyan.
