Exclusive! Himesh Reshammiya’s Karzzzz pictures

Himesh Reshammiya has started shooting for his next film, Karzzzz, a contemporary version of Subhash Ghai’s 1980 classic, starring Rishi Kapoor, Simi Garewal and Tina Munim.

Himesh Reshammiya has started shooting for his next film, Karzzzz, a contemporary version of Subhash Ghai’s 1980 classic, starring Rishi Kapoor, Simi Garewal and Tina Munim.

 

Tina Munim’s role will be played by newcomer Shweta Kumar, the daughter of filmmaker Indra Kumar (Dil, Masti). Urmila Matondkar will play Simi Garewal’s role.

Last year, when Himesh decided shift from music direction to acting, many wrote him off, saying that Aap Kaa Surroor: The Moviee: The Real Luv Story will be a box office disaster. The film opened to a bumper opening and proved them all wrong. 

 

Himesh has recorded eight songs for Karzzzz at present.

 

Here’s hoping that Himesh is second time lucky, and prove to everyone that he is not a one-time wonder. After Karzzzz, we will see him next in Pooja Bhatt’s Kajra Re.

    It’s such a pity that people don’t appreciate great talent as Himmesh. They should try acting and singing and music directing. I have seen Himmesh in a live concert and he is great. He strikes me as a very simple person who loves the appreciation from his fans. He deserves better.
