The song promo of Ashutosh Gowariker’s JODHAA AKBAR, ‘Azeemo-O-Shaan Shahenshah’ is out. The stunning visuals, lavish sets and not to forget Rahman’s brilliant composition have left the audience mesmerized. And if this is not enough, please read on.
As is known, Gowariker has recreated the magic of the Palace of Mirrors - Sheesh Mahal, for his Hrithik-Aishwarya magnum-opus. Ashutosh gives all the credit to his art director, the highly talented Nitin Desai, who has used 2,212,221 glasses and mirrors to recreate the enthralling wonder of Sheesh Mahal. The set is a part of the Agra Fort erected at Nitin Desai’s Karjat studio.
For those who don’t remember, late K Asif’s classic, MUGHAL-E-AZAM (1960) had also left the viewers awestruck with its grand Sheesh Mahal set, where the immortal beauty, Madhubala danced into the hearts of her innumerable fans with ‘Jab Pyaar Kiya To Darna kya’.
