Anurag Kashyap and Sanjay Leela Bhansali are different school of film making but there are certain similarities one can observe in the recent past.
- Both have proved their Art previously and highly talented & Creative.
- Both have won Awards for their last movies.
- Both believes in making movies at their own satisfaction.
- Both are passionate about Cinema.
- Both have experimented as ‘No Smoking’ & ‘Saawariya’.
- Both could not be understood by the critics and audience alike.
- Both were hugely criticized by the Reviewers.
- Both had CRITICIZED their films’ Critics (i.e.Taran Adarsh etc.) after the not so encouraging Verdict of their movie.

I thnk No Smoking was really different experiment , Saawariya was an experiment for SLB
but the only differnce is that SLB has tasted success with high grossed movies whch had critcall acclaim & audience ka pyaar

If one wud ask to choose btw them i thnk SLB is the maker this industry ll rembr for long long time

look wise they look like brothers lost in ‘melas’ in childhood now ‘reunited’ in bollywood, nature wise one kashyap is ‘garam’ and Bhansali is ‘naram’
but by genes they react in same style, bravo brothers.

I think they’re completely different. I can say ’cause there’s no comparison between Saawariya’s Director who did a great job in creating an amazing beautiful movie and the director of (no smoking) which is absolutely a rubbish, trash, and is’nt worth watching. Very Bad movie.
The differences are: Saawariya should be considered as best movie of 2007, and No Smoking the Worse movie of 2007.
