When not playing ball, am running after Bips: John

HAVING A BALL: John and Bipasha shooting a promotional music video for their new film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal.
Actor John Abraham is trying to woo Bipasha all over again and this time its onscreen for a new video for Goal. We went on the sets, to see for ourselves that the chemistry is all there.
“Nowadays I am playing football and sometimes I run after Bipasha also,” John quipped.
Now that’s a very clear statement from John confirming he’s still very much with girlfriend Bipasha Basu, in case anyone still had any doubts.
Shooting a promotional music video for their new film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal in which Bipasha’s been paired opposite John, the Bengali bombshell admitted this one’s a milder, simpler number than the recent red-hot smoking song from No Smoking in which they featured together.
“In this film we both are cute and friendly characters so the song is obviously sweet and fun,” Bipasha said.
Centred around a group of British Asians from Southall who form their own football team, the picture is special for its male lead for more reasons than one.
“I stopped playing football and continued with my studies years ago. Now I have got a chance to play again but the only difference is that I am older and have less stamina,” John said.
There’s buzz in Bollywood that Manchester United star Christiano Ronaldo has been persuaded by the producers of the film to endorse the picture.
But don’t expect any confirmations from the film’s leading lady who was snapped in those kiss-and-tell pictures with Ronaldo in Lisbon recently.
For both John and Bipasha, that’s an old story, and something they don’t want to talk about. Right now, they are just having a ball.
