Himesh Reshammiya is charging a whopper — Rs 5 crore — to act, sing and compose music for films.
After his acting debut Aap Kaa Surroor, Reshammiya has decided to concentrate on one film at a time rather than take on several projects.
A source reveals, “Himesh is flooded with offers. The success of his maiden project has proved his detractors wrong. In fact, he recently confirmed that he would compose and sing for all the projects he acts in.
He wants to do quality work. The amount he’s quoting is not just for acting, but composing the soundtrack and doing playback as well.”
Even though Himesh refuses to talk about this development, the source adds that the coming days will see a series of announcements from him.
“There are a couple of projects that will be unveiled in the coming days.
Besides the sequel to Aap Kaa Surroor and the remake of Subhash Ghai’s Karz by T-Series (in which he plays Rishi Kapoor’s character), Reshammiya has already signed a couple of other films.”
