A dozen songs for Bhansali’s SAWARIYA!

Not much has been heard about maverick director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s SAWARIYA, except that it is a youthful romance between Rishi Kapoor’s handsome ’star in the waiting’ son Ranbir and Anil Kapoor’s talented daughter Sonam. The plot is woven around three generations, comprising of the likes of Begum Para, Zohra Sehgal, Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji and of course Ranbir-Sonam.

However, as always there is a lot of curiosity about SAWARIYA’S musical score because right from the days of KHAMOSHI, HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM and upto DEVDAS, the music of Bhansali’s projects have been mind blasting. Even the background score of BLACK got a lot of critical acclaim.

So what can we expect this time around? Well, it seems like Monty Sharma (who composed the background score for BLACK) has recorded as many as twelve songs for SAWARIYA and it is youth oriented. Bhansali is very happy with Monty’s efforts and knowing his good ears for quality music, one can expect an audio treat!

    i thnk he knws wat he is doing !!!
    he is one of da best director of bollywood , n hez da one of da few who can picturize songs beautifully …

    im looking foward to c dis movie
